Forest and Dot brings their skills on land to festivals offering a range of workshops from Pom pom head crowns to weaving with sticks, Arm knitting and Crochet tassel necklaces! Our workshops are suitable for Beginners and all ages! We use only sustainable and reclaimed materials, even our bell tent is reclaimed! Enjoy mindfulness pom pom making on our comfy cushions outside our bell tent or come inside if the rain appears!
We have taught at a number of festivals and was originally invited to join the wonderful Spinney hallow as part of their Green Craft field at Camp Bestival 2019 and have been invited back since for Camp Bestival 2021 and 2022. We taught over 300 people a new craft and are very passionate about getting as many people learning a new heritage skill! We are a small, young and enthusiastic team and our teaching style focuses on being patient whilst having fun and learning a new skill!
In 2022 we applied for our First year at Glastonbury Festival and was lucky enough to join the Green crafts field at Glasto and then be invited on to Wilderness 22. We had a successful festival teaching a range of workshops from pom pom making, weaving and crochet.
We look forward to attending more new festivals in 2023 with our fun and colourful workshops on our mission to get more young people into Crafting!
